Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We can’t currently deliver to BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
Cost and timing
- Standard UK delivery: £4.95
- Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after midday or at the weekend are processed the next working day.
Where your order ships from
Orders are dispatched from United Kingdom.
Our prices include any UK import VAT and customs duty. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. You can also check your order on the Track your order page.
Delays and missing parcels
If your tracking hasn’t changed for 5 working days, or your parcel says delivered but you don’t have it, email mikenike78@tutamail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Your order is our responsibility until it’s delivered to you.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may cost the delivery fee again.
