Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund or exchange.

What you can return

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

This doesn’t affect your legal rights. You can always cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty or not as described. See our terms and conditions.

How to return something

  1. Email mikenike78@tutamail.com with your order number, the items you’re returning, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
  2. We’ll confirm your return and send you instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them within 14 days of contacting us. Keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending items back, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, because we can’t refund items we don’t receive.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or of you giving us proof that you’ve sent it, if that’s sooner). Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery only.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn or handled more than you’d need to check it, for example if it has been washed or the tags have been removed.

Exchanges

Because we don’t restock, exchanges depend on the size you want still being available. If it has sold out, we’ll refund you instead.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return postage and give you a full refund, including delivery, or a replacement if the size is available.
