What sizes do you make?
Most pieces come in XS to 2XL. Each product page shows which sizes are still available; a struck-through size has sold out.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 working days and arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Standard delivery costs £4.95, and it's free on orders over £50.
Will you restock my size?
No. Every piece is made in a single run and we don't restock. Sign up for drop emails to hear about new pieces first.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with the tags still on, for a refund or exchange. Email us with your order number to start a return.
Do I have to pay anything on delivery?
No. Our prices include any import VAT and duties, so the price at checkout is all you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status on the Track your order page with your order number and email address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by debit or credit card and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll change or cancel it. Once it has shipped you can return it under our returns policy.
